• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

• Demonstrate a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence, embodying the luxury resort's brand values and standards.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality.
• Notify Supervisors immediately of any product shortages or out-of-stock items.
• Record all transactions in the InfoGenesis system at time of order accurately.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items to set par levels, turning off lights, etc.
• Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to resort standards.
• Anticipate and address guests` service needs.
• Speak with others using a clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support your team to reach common goals.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Experience, Education, & Licensure 

• High School Diploma or GED recommended.
• Some College experience or Degree recommended.
• Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a current Food Handlers card.
• Previous barista experience in a professional setting is preferred.
