The Role

The Part-Time Coach Development Project Administrator provides end-to-end administrative and operational support to ensure Coach Developer initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at a high standard. This role serves as a key execution and quality partner—strengthening program coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across coach development experiences. This is a part-time, hybrid role: approximately 21–26 hours per week, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The expected range for the base salary for this position is $18- $22.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Coach Developer Program Support

  • Assist in the preparation, delivery and follow-up for the monthly Coach Developer trainings.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and follow-up for the Virtual Coach Developer Academy and Sr. Coach Developer (CDA 3) trainings.
  • Assist with Coach Developer assignment grading/assessment and liaise with Workshop Operations team for completions
  • Coordinate all Coach Developer quality assurance and development plans, along with tracking and correspondence.

 

Administrative and Logistics Support

  • Run technology for virtual meetings on Zoom and Google Meet for the monthly Coach Developer trainings and Coach Developer Virtual Academy.
  • Manage logistics for Coach Developer training events, including, but not limited to, scheduling, arranging catering, organizing event spaces, and booking travel.
  • Develop SOPs.

 

Content and Quality Assurance

    • Ensure the quality of curriculum offerings by thoroughly proofreading all modules, selecting appropriate photos, and maintaining consistency across all internal documents.
    • Grade assignments for ITC online course and DJAP workshop submissions.

  • 3+ years in administrative, program coordination, or project support.
  • Preferred: experience supporting training, education, events, or program operations.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong follow-through.
  • Detail-driven with a consistent commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Able to document and maintain clear workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative working style with a customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable supporting virtual delivery tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • This is a part-time, hybrid role: approximately 21–26 hours per week, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
  • Position is non-exempt.
