The Role
The part-time Coach Engagement Assistant provides operational and creative support to the USTA Coaching team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the USTA Coaching content calendar, the administrative execution of email and digital campaigns, and the coordination of cross-functional workflows with Marketing, Social Media, and PR teams. The primary goal is to ensure that all engagement initiatives are delivered on time, with high quality, and in alignment with the department's strategic KPIs.
Project Intake & Coordination
The expected salary for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 hourly rate. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
