To assist Sr Manager, NC Facility Operations with facility maintenance and repair projects including carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and installing or repairing locks.
1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of general maintenance and building systems, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work at heights and around operational equipment when required.
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required for maintenance tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
High energy level and strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include nights and weekends.
This position is designated as on-site at the Orlando, FL campus and requires the employee to be physically present to perform job duties.
The expected range for the base salary for this position is $47,000-$55,000. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
